Diversified Education Company was founded and incorporated in 1974 by the current president and sole owner, Mr. Samuel Romano. The corporation has two major divisions: Associated Technical College and Diversified Language Institute.
Associated Technical College Los Angeles

Diversified Vocational College
Diversified Vocational College was originally founded as Speak Easy Language Center in 1970, to meet the needs of the international community in Los Angeles for English language instruction.
Associated Technical College San Diego
Founded in 1984, as a branch of Associated Technical College Los Angeles, ATCSD provides oriented training programs to help the student develop the quality job skills needed for success in career areas offering long-range opportunities.
